The architecture of the two side buildings are: to the right of Pontius (1605), to the left of Ferdinando Fuga (1743) built after 138 years to make the façade of the Basilica uniform. The two angels placed on the central gate are: the Virginity, the work of the Maini, and the Humility of the Bracci.
