  • Chinese or Japanese citizens marrying their Filipino partners in this wedding venue would need to seek endorsement or clearance from specific personnel authorized by the church. Non-Catholics who will marry Catholics will need to fill up a Promise and Declaration form during the canonical interview to be submitted to the Diocese of Imus.

  • The Lourdes apparition — February 11, 1858, in a grotto at Masbielle at Lourdes in southern France, Our Lady appeared to fourteen year old Bernadette Soubirous, a young peasant girl. From that day until July 16, 1858, the Blessed Virgin mary appeared eighteen times to Bernadette.

  • Historical: Pope Pius IX approved the veneration in Lourdes (France) and welcomed and supported the building of the cathedral in 1870.
