The "Arboretum" That Is My House

An annual chore for a lot of households in the spring and summer is to plant and/or replace plants. Whether potted or in-ground, flowering or foliage - it’s almost as certain as “death” and “taxes” lol.

I like plants in the decor sense but i don’t consider myself a good “keeper” of them (i think i have just about enough talent to kill even a fake plant) lol. So this year, with the help of my family - and a considerable amount of resources, I went from a few potted and in-ground plants to living in an arboretum. Smh.

The first of three trees planted, Japanese Maple.

It started out as a few plants, but then in two weeks - my home office became a greenhouse.

Plants, plants and more plants. The selection courtesy of my mom. lol.

Your garden imagination is only limited by the size of your trunk space.

This is the “army” responsible for all the garden transformation work (my parents).
